I normally open commission slots even if my to do list isn't done. I do this so that I always have commissions to do since this currently is my only source of income. So if you are waiting on a commission from me, and see that I open up more commission slots, don't worry! I have not forgot about your commission. I only do this to always have work to do and to have a somewhat stable income.
